Kegel exercises are simple, locate your pelvic floor muscles by imagining you are interrupting your urine stream. Slowly tighten and hold for 10 seconds, then relax for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times. Next try a quicker squeeze and release which is a faster move that works different muscles. Do one set of fast and one set of slow Kegels each day.
Each set includes two sets of weights so you can mix and match to tailor your pelvic workout. If using a lubricant, chose a water-based one. To clean, use warm water and a sanitizer formulated for sex toys.
