The Love Boutique offers private online shopping. Hence, we process payments online for VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX through STRIPE or PAYPAL for your convenience.

Online prices may vary from Retail Store locations.

As a result, out prices are subject to change without notice.

Use the convenient blank order form for phone & email orders.

Print the order form and fill it out providing the following information:

  • Product (item) number
  • Product name (description)
  • Size (if applicable) and colour choice
  • Quantity (per item)
  • Price
  • A valid VISA, MC, or AMEX card and name on card
  • Expiry date on card
  • CVV Auth Code on card
  • Credit card billing address for credit card approval
  • Billing/Shipping name and address

  • There is no indication of contents in your parcel. And, we ship parcels discreetly, in plain wrapping.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars.
  • All orders are charged in Canadian dollars. The US exchange rate is applied by your US credit card company if applicable.
  • We never sell, rent, or provide your name, address or e-mail address to any company or individual.
  • The Love Boutique will never put your name on a mailing list.
  • Our company does not send unsolicited mail, catalogues, or any other materials to our customers.

ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY

The Love Boutique Policies for online shopping include No refunds. Accordingly, due to health risks, we will not accept any returns on sex toys. For this reason, we test all products prior to shipping. Most vibrating products contain a manufacturer’s warranty. With this in mind, we reserve the right to determine if an item is returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us directly at 1-888-296-2588 if you require warranty service. We never issue a REFUND. Our warranty service only offers a one time replacement per customer within the allotted supplier warranty period. And, is subject to approval. Follow the TIL Warranty slip for returning items under warranty.

STORE RETURN POLICY

Exchanges and in store credits are available on selected items only. And, within 14 days after date of purchase. Again, since we test all electronically and battery operated products in the store. Hence, we are not responsible for them after they leave the premises. Of course, some products may qualify for a TIL Vibrating Warranty slip. This is available at the store or by requesting it online.  Consequently, the slip must be followed in order to return an item under warranty. Unopened lotions and games may be exchanged as well but are subject for approval. Lingerie can be exchanged within 14 days as long as it has not been worn and tags are still attached.  At NO time is a CASH REFUND issued. We will either issue a CREDIT NOTE or an EXCHANGE is done. Which again, is subject to approval.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping and handling charges are based on a sliding scale dependent on cost of goods purchased. (Up to $43.99 = $6.95) ($44.00 & over = FREE) for regular Canada Post shipments within Canada and the U.S. Please allow 2-4 weeks for regular delivery. For rush delivery, current competitive rates apply. E-mail us for rates by using the “Contact Us“option. Rush delivery is available ONLY in Canada and is NOT available between Dec. 9 and January 3 inclusive.

Within Canada we ship all items. Select items only are available for shipment to the US.

Applicable Provincial HST rates apply to all orders placed within Canada.

Any misdirected or unclaimed parcels will be subject to additional shipping charges.
