Use the convenient blank order form for phone & email orders.

Print the order form and fill it out providing the following information:

  • Product (item) number
  • Product name (description)
  • Size (if applicable) and colour choice
  • Quantity (per item)
  • Price
  • A valid VISA, MC, or AMEX card and name on card
  • Expiry date on card
  • CVV Auth Code on card
  • Credit card billing address for credit card approval
  • Billing/Shipping name and address

PRIVACY GUARANTEE

  • All products are shipped discreetly in plain wrapping with no indication of contents.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars.
  • Credit card sales will be charged in Canadian dollars. For U.S. customers, the exchange rate will be done by your credit card company.
  • We will never sell, rent, or provide your name, address or e-mail address to any company or individual.
  • We will never put your name on a mailing list.
  • We will never send unsolicited mail, catalogues, or any other materials to our customers.

ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY

No refunds. Due to health risks, we will not accept any returns on sex toys as all products are tested prior to shipping. Most vibrating products contain a manufacturer’s warranty. Returns will only be accepted up to 14 days from date of invoice with original receipt on unopened lotions and games. Straight exchange only. No cash or credit card refunds. Prior to returning your purchase, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) by e-mailing or calling us. The RA number must be written on the outside of the return package. We reserve the right to determine if an item is returnable. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return items to us insured and post paid. If return is made without an RA number, a 25% return fee will apply. At NO time is a REFUND issued, we only offer a CREDIT NOTE or EXCHANGE, which again is subject to approval.

STORE RETURN POLICY

Exchanges and in store credits on selected items only are accepted within 14 days after date of purchase. Since we test all electronically and battery operated products in the store, we are not responsible for them after they leave the premises. Some products may qualify for a 30day TIL Warranty, which is available at the store or by requesting it online.  It must be followed in order to return an item for exchange. Unopened lotions and games may be exchanged as well but are subject for approval. Lingerie can be exchanged within 14 days as long as it has not been worn and tags are still attached.  At NO time is a CASH REFUND issued, we only offer a CREDIT NOTE or EXCHANGE, which again is subject to approval.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Shipping and handling charges are based on a sliding scale dependent on cost of goods purchased. (Up to $43.99 = $6.95) ($44.00 & over = FREE) for regular, insured Canada Post within Canada and the U.S. For regular delivery, please allow 2-4 weeks. For rush delivery, current competitive rates apply, please e-mail us for rates by using the “Contact Us”option at the top of the page. Rush delivery is available ONLY in Canada and is NOT available between Dec. 9 and January 3 inclusive.

Applicable Provincial HST rates will be charged on all Canadian orders.

Any misdirected or unclaimed parcels will be subject to additional shipping charges.
